• Minor variations in wood grain, color, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of wood

3. Return Process

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos of the product

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–7 business days

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

• Free replacement, or

Woodkari may request the damaged product to be returned before processing the replacement.
